Maintenance

The following is considered an Emergency:

• Fire
• No heat (extreme cold weather)
• No power or exposed electrical wires
• Main sewer line blockage
• Busted hot water tank
• Broken water line
• Any serious threat to life, safety, or health of residents or property call 911 first then the on-call number 910.734.3928 or 910.734.3811.
• No power - make sure the power is not turned off at the breaker or out in the area
• Water leaks - make sure to turn water off and dry the floor to prevent damage

During regular working hours, please call the office at 910.628.7467. You will be required to pay for all damage that is beyond normal wear and tear. You are responsible for all damage created at your apartment by anyone in your household and guests.
