The Fairmont Housing Authority (FHA) requests proposals from qualified applicants to provide computerized fee accounting services for its 50 Public Housing Units and 50 Section 8 New Construction units.
Fairmont Housing Authority uses Lindsey Software Systems. The current Auditor is Patterson & Associates, PLLC, Lumberton, North Carolina. The current fee accountant is Darnell Accounting Group, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
The successful applicant will enter into a two (2) year contract (October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2026) with an option to renew Three (3) additional years with the FHA. The successful applicant will also provide the following services to the Housing Authority in accordance with the monthly and annual accounting cycles:
